Rendez-vous of Moon and Jupiter

Tonight we could watch the rendez-vous of Moon and Jupiter.

In the east-south sky, we found a half-moon with earthshine. And Jupiter came close to the moon.

It's a fantastic view of the cosmic.

I'll show you  pictures of moon.

At the same time, I have taken just only moon, too.

You can find many Craters on the edge of shade.

Summer View in the park of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple

Today is so hot day.
I have taken some pictures of summer scene in the park of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple.

View of 3rd pond named "Ryuchi" means old chinese Buddhist monk.

View of  1st pond named "Monju" meaning the name of one of bodhisattva.

The north side of 3rd pond. Red flowers are blooming Crape Myrtle.

Sunbeams streaming through leaves on the way to Ukimi-do.

Sunshine reflecting on the surface of pond water, it is so bright.

Many carp swin in the water.

I want to swim with them.

Tanabata （Star Festival） as Lunar Calendar.

Yesterday is a 7th. July as Lunar Calendar.
It's a Tanabata Day.
The Tanabata Festival is often called the Star Festival which is old Japanese tradition, but the origin is old Chinese tradition.

So I had taken some pictures of Galaxy (in another word, it is often called the Milky Way in western countries.)


You can find the bright star in the center of picture, it is Deneb which is the star of the first magnitude in Cygnus.
Around the Deneb, there are so many stars, it's just Galaxy stars.

On the right side of Deneb, you can find so many stars of Galaxy.

On the eastern sky, you can find Jupiter.
It is the 5th and the largest planet of our solar system.

Also on the eastern sky, you can find the Pleiades star cluster.
It is the star cluster in Taurus.
The old greek mythology says the stars are the 7 sisters.

The stars in the nght sky is so beautiful and romantic view.

Farewell LONDON 2012 Olympic Games!

All games of LONDON 2012 Olympic was finished.  

Many Japanese Athlete fight against all of the world in various games, and won many medals. 
We are proud of their fighting spirits, so we have to celebrate them.  

In case of Japanese Athlete won the gold medal, Tokyo Tower also celebrate them with her light up color as Olympic color (Blue, Green, Black, Red and Yellow).

I have taken the Olymipc Colored Tower from various angle.

Japanese White-Eye

In the afternoon, I heard the carol of Japanese White-Eye.
I found them in the thicket of cherry tree, after long interval.


I'm so glad to see them.


The white-eye has a distinctive white band around its eyes.
I think it's just like an actor of Kabuki!

A couple of White-Eyes ｆｌｙ around from branch to branch in the cherry tree.

They have picked some warms.

The night view of Harumi Quay

I had seen the luxury liner from my office window, yesterday.
So I had visited to the "Passenger Vessel Terminal" beside the Harumi quay, after finished today's task of my job.


The luxury liner named "Fuji-Maru" was berthed at a pier in Harumi quay.
I had looked around the vessel from the deck of terminal.


Fuji-Maru was too large, so I couldn't take picture the whole view of vessel in one screen.
At first, I will show you the bow of Fuji-Maru.

You can find the Rainbow Bridge in the distant view.

And the other side of quay, I saw the beautiful night view of Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo-Tower.

Sunrise

Today, I waked up in early morning, so I had taken some pictures of sun rise.
In the Chiba-Pref. area, today's sun-rising time was on 4:46 a.m.

I'll show you them.

The wide view. You can see the tower of Narita-san Shinshoji Temple at the right side of picture. 

The Close-up view. It seems to be the view of sunset.

In the south sky, I found the white moon. 

It was just a half moon, today.
